The first order is always with payment in advance.

Would you rather pay by invoice? We can explore that option after the first order.

Once you have placed the order, we will immediately start designing and (after approval) producing the cups.

By placing an order you are agreeing to the general terms and conditions.

Once the printed products have been shipped, you will receive the invoice by e-mail.

The first order is by prepayment. If payment is by invoice, the payment period is 14 working days.

The prices stated on the website are exclusive of VAT.

All products are customer-specific and are made according to your wishes. This means that it is not possible to return these products unless the product does not correspond to the agreements made. You will always receive a digital proof before we start production. An approved proof is decisive here.
